The Architectural Designer collaborates with the Development, Design and Construction teams to develop and analyze building systems to ensure the integration of technical requirements into the overall design of our buildings. Be expected to work effectively with the project team, be able to produce quality project submittals and manage their time to meet the expectations of the project schedule. Produce and detail construction documents for new construction of building shells with the support of the architectural design team. Education and Experience/Certification or License: (these are the requirements of the position) Project management experience with the ability to drive projects aligned with company goals, contributing to our continuous improvement environment.
