The Opportunity We’re growing our Building Architecture and Design Service Group and are looking for an Architect to help lead that expansion. In this role, you’ll be both a design leader and market influencer—strengthening our architectural practice, mentoring emerging talent, and building lasting client relationships across the region. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape both projects and the future of our Building Architecture and Design Service Group. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program Professional licensure (Registered Architect) 5+ years of progressive architectural design experience Proven ability to lead projects and build strong client relationships Experience in Corporate, Healthcare, or Science & Technology sectors preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite A passion for design, innovation, and mentoring others
