Overview Local, one project, as of now, residential home. Bought the property last year and have done a lot of preliminary design and worked with a drafter to get the ball rolling. Need someone that would like an additional project under their belt and an addition to their portfolio. High end neighbor hood for this custom built modern PNW masterpiece. Proven experience in architectural design and project management across diverse building types.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability practices, and construction processes.Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to technical details and project constraints.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.Pay: $88,877.04 - $107,034.72 per year
