Responsibilities

Develop innovative design solutions that prioritize sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws throughout all project phases.Prepare comprehensive presentations, proposals, and technical drawings to communicate design intent effectively.Qualifications

Proven experience in architectural design and project management across diverse building types.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability practices, and construction processes.Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to technical details and project constraints.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.Pay: $88,877.04 - $107,034.72 per year
