Job Description Laberge Group has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented Managing Architect to assist in designing and progressing public and private projects throughout New York. Responsibilities Develop/maintain lead projects in New York State from schematic design through construction administration, applying knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and local requirements; Contribute to schematic design and programming; independently translate client requirements into clear, buildable design solutions; Be resourceful and proactive in solving technical and design challenges; Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors; Prepare high‑quality construction documents; Ensure design solutions comply with applicable building codes; Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to solve challenges; and Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Other Requirements Benefits Competitive salary of $130,000 to $150,000 (commensurate with experience), annual reviews.
