Where you'll work Responsibilities Develop architectural drawing packages for data center deployment projects using RevitCoordinate closely with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil teams to ensure integrated project deliveryAdapt standardized building solutions to meet local jurisdictional requirements and project-specific constraintsSupport permit submissions and assist with responses to plan review comments from local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)Participate in life safety and code analysis efforts, including occupant load calculations, egress strategies, and accessibility complianceAssist with preparation of code analysis sheets, life safety plans, and permit documentationDesign and coordinate building envelope systems, including pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) components and waterproofing detailsProduce site plans that account for operational requirements, logistics, utility coordination, and future expansion opportunitiesMaintain architectural Revit models and ensure proper coordination with linked consultant modelsDevelop and maintain architectural details, schedules, and standardized project componentsSupport internal design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiencyParticipate in occasional meetings with regulatory officials, consultants, and project stakeholders as neededRequirements Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) degree in Architecture5+ years of architectural experienceStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and documentationExperience producing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary projectsWorking knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and accessibility requirements under ADA and ANSI A117.1Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentStrongly preferred Experience with mission-critical or data center facilitiesUnderstanding of the design coordination and delivery requirements common in fast-track data center environmentsExperience coordinating with large multidisciplinary consultant teamsFamiliarity with permit submissions and responses to AHJ commentsBonus points Registered Architect (RA) licenseNCARB certificationExperience with modular construction, prefabrication, or containerized architectureKnowledge of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systemsExperience with design-build or fast-track project deliveryFamiliarity with NFPA 101 and life safety planningExperience creating standardized architectural solutions for repeatable deploymentStartup or high-growth company experienceExperience with industrial occupancy classifications and mixed-use interpretationsFamiliarity with architectural visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or TwinmotionBenefits Subsidized health, dental, and vision insuranceEquity (options) in a rapidly growing startup401(k) with 4% employer matchUnlimited PTOParental leaveHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)Commuter benefitsMonthly team onsites where all offices come in person to collaborate Who we hire When there's work to be done, you do it.
