Shremshock Architects is looking for an Architectural Client/Project Manager with at least five years of Retail construction experience. Primary Responsibility: Conduit for day-to-day communication between Client and Team. A Client Manager serves as the primary client contact and is responsible for meeting the client’s needs and for the overall performance of the project team for all phases of a project. A Client Manager exhibits proficiency relative to organization of the project team and of the project process. Manage multiple Project Managers and teamsDirection and coordination of team workComplete and up to date knowledge of current Client (or Shremshock) Standards, and enforcement of such on projectsQuality control of projects as pertaining to current Client (or Shremshock) standardsCAD / Revit drafting, or other project work as dictated by the needs of the projectExpert knowledge of constructability and code compliancePrimary consultant interfacePrimary client interfaceProposal preparation and negotiationMeeting overall project budgets and schedulesProject fee negotiation and invoicingConduct performance reviews for Project Managers and project team membersA backstop for Project ManagersCoordinate with the Accounting Department to complete client billing on a monthly basisTrain, mentor and promote the professional development of Design Associates and Project Managers
