With 5 or more years in the field, you'll take meaningful ownership of projects across all design phases — from concept through construction administration — working alongside a team that takes craft seriously. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in architectural design • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office • Strong design and technical skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly across a team • Experience with hand drawing and sketching • Excellent graphic presentation and visualization skills • Detail-oriented and organized, with good judgment on complex project problems • A collaborative approach — someone who contributes actively and helps others do the same
