Architect

We're partnering with a nationally recognized building consulting firm that is expanding its Building Assessments team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect with experience in construction documentation, building systems, and existing buildings who enjoys getting out in the field, solving real-world building challenges, and working directly with clients. In this role, you'll conduct property condition assessments and building evaluations for a wide variety of commercial real estate assets, helping clients make informed decisions regarding acquisitions, capital planning, and asset management. 🔹 Experience developing construction documents and technical drawings 🔹 Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
