Form4 Architecture has a position available for a Project Architect with a minimum of 12 years work experience (minimum 8 years in the role of Project Architect) . The Project Architects at Form4 play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional architectural projects. Proven experience as a Project Architect with a minimum of 8 years in the role in some of the following categories: commercial, civic, office, school, hospitality, and retail projects Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a project team Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam required A well-developed design sense and excellent graphical skills Strong understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques Ability to develop excellent construction drawing details that support ambitious design solutions Architectural license in the USA required (State of California preferred).
