This position is full-time but may begin as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role if desired. Full-time employees receive a competitive compensation package, including full medical benefits and employee profit sharing (see more below). This role allows for hybrid work, with up to two remote workdays per week. McClellan | Tellone offers a competitive salary based on the most recent AIA Compensation Report, based on experience level and licensure status for the mean salary of the Seattle Metro area. Profit Sharing – 10% to 20% of salary profit share is contributed by McClellan | Tellone towards a personal retirement SEP-IRA account, tied to the firm’s quarterly and annual financial performance.
