Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professionalContribute to design discussions and idea generationCreation of renderings and graphical images for marketing and promotion of projectsDesign and detailing in RevitAttend project and client meetings with design professionals and consultantsCollaborate with our Development, Interior Design, Project Management, and Construction teams from concept to project substantial completionInteract with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractorsConduct site visits to review progress and ensure design intent is executed in the fieldStay current with industry trends, materials, and design methods to support innovative design and excellence in execution Completion of accredited professional degree program with a bachelors or masters degree in architecture3 to 10 years of related experienceLicensed to practice architecture in the state of IA (or readily obtainable via reciprocity)Demonstrated ability to independently develop and coordinate construction documentationStrong knowledge of architectural systems, construction documentation, and associated technologyDemonstrate a high degree of aptitude in creative and critical thinking in the design processProficient in application of international building codes, life safety code, and ADA requirementsExperienced with programming, space planning, and exterior architectural designExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAdept in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft OfficeSkilled in the use of Twin Motion, Enscape, and other visualization softwareExperience with commercial and/or multifamily residential projects is beneficial
