Performs advanced assignments utilizing professional architectural knowledge and abilities. More complex projects may be under the supervision of senior architectural staff.Independently performs most assignments with instruction as to the general results expected. Maintains positive and professional relationships with clients, consultants, colleagues, and contractors through clear and proactive communication.Assists in preparing and following design budgets and marketing proposals.Has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of construction techniques and constructability.Performs construction administration duties, such as attending construction site meetings, shop drawing review, reviewing RFI’s, and preparing ASI’s per the contract documents.Must be proficient in the use of:Revit with working knowledge of Navisworks and/or BIM 360Microsoft Windows, Excel, Bluebeam and WordHas strong architectural design skills and visual literacy.Understands and applies sustainable/green strategies.Responsible for maintaining established standards, practices and quality.
