Architect

You will work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their construction, finish, and FF&E standards, enhancing the function, safety, and aesthetics of a project. Produce and refine project documentation including schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents.Assist in field surveys and site observations, documenting architectural features and translating field conditions into virtual models.Utilize Revit and other rendering tools to create visualizations, virtual models, and presentation graphics.Manage the BIM model in REVIT and BIM 360, monitoring model quality.Provide technical support for BIM-enabled workflows and coordinate with internal teams to solve design challenges.Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards.Stay informed of updates in codes, materials, and best practices.Work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet construction, finish, and FF&E standards.Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of a project.Generate design concepts for color palettes and materials and present to clients.Essential SkillsProficient in RevitLicensed ArchitectBachelor's degree in Architecture5+ years of experience working at a firmAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in sectors like education, commercial, mixed-use, historic preservation, and multi-family residential is welcomed.Work EnvironmentThe position offers a hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday.
