Architect

The Architectural Designer collaborates with the Development, Design and Construction teams to develop and analyze building systems to ensure the integration of technical requirements into the overall design of our buildings. Collaborate with the Design and Construction Teams to engage in design-build efforts to balance cost and quality. Optimize building energy efficiency while balancing cost and ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. Participate and engage in the team's morning huddles used to discuss active projects, review issues or challenges, provide and share learnings with fellow team members. Take an active role in our company's commitment to continuous improvement and engage in the design team's learning cycles and improvements to drawings and drawing production.
