The residential side of our practice is growing, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of permit drawings, consultant coordination, and project delivery across multiple custom residential projects. This role is a strong fit for someone with ~5–10 years of experience who is comfortable moving between design development, technical documentation, permitting, site coordination, and contractor communication. You should be organized, responsive, technically capable, and able to manage several projects at different stages. You’ll work directly with our principal, interior design team, contractors, and clients from our studio near Findlay Market in Over-the-Rhine.
