Responsibilities Partner with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand project goals, priorities, and visionContribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and project deliverables with a focus on quality and consistencyDevelop and present design proposals, renderings, and presentations to clients and stakeholdersEnsure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and safety requirementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and design team, to develop innovative and practical design solutionsReview and approve technical drawings, material selections, and construction detailsParticipate in site visits and construction meetings to address questions, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment among project teamsFoster strong client relationships by providing responsive communication and trusted design guidanceShare expertise and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth
