Services will be provided on as-needed, part-time basis. Responsibilities Include Thorough review of design documents on behalf of the owner for accuracy and consistency, and compliance with the owner’s program.Checking that the design adheres to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.Assessing project feasibility relative to budget constraints, site limitations, and project timeline. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Autodesk Software (Revit, CAD)LEED AP experience and Energy Code RequirementsKnowledge and/or experience with workplace planning, ADA accessibility, and historic preservation and renovation
