Architect

Unlike a traditional architecture firm, you'll work directly for the owner and developer, collaborating with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams throughout every phase of a project—from early planning and design through construction and occupancy. Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for new construction, renovations, adaptive reuse, and tenant improvement projects.Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and specifications.Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to support project planning and presentations.Coordinate with consulting engineers, contractors, code officials, and other project stakeholders throughout design and construction.Collaborate closely with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams to deliver successful projects.Conduct site visits during design and construction to review existing conditions, monitor progress, and resolve field issues.Support permitting, code review, construction administration, RFIs, and submittals.Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and project schedules.
