Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Architect to join our studio.

Responsibilities

Project planning, program development, and schematic design (Client goals and objectives, budget, schedule, scope development)
Client Interface
Preparing building information models and construction documents using REVIT.
Coordinating consulting engineers’ work.
Working with various authorities having jurisdiction to secure plan approval.
Meeting with the owner and contractor during construction to evaluate progress and work to solve any issues that may come up.
Leading a team to meet project goals and mentoring Emerging Professionals
Qualifications

Four (4) plus years post-graduate experience in an established Architectural firm
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program preferred.
Architectural license required.
Proficient in the use of building information modeling (BIM) software. REVIT is preferred.
Applicant must work well as part of a team or multiple teams and embrace opportunities to advance their knowledge in the industry of architecture and construction.

Preferred Skills

Experience in project management
Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
Pay range and compensation package
