Architect

Licensed California Architect / Future Partner Opportunity Located in the San Diego area, we are seeking a talented, California-licensed architect who is interested not only in practicing architecture but also in becoming a partner and, over time, acquiring ownership of the practice. The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect in good standing with the State of California and has a minimum of seven years of professional architectural experience, preferably focused on custom residential design. A thorough understanding of the California Building Code, local zoning regulations, and permitting processes is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local jurisdictions while managing multiple projects from concept through construction.
