Responsible for the technical excellence of the architectural tasks and analyses performed, and for on-schedule completion in accordance to contractual obligations under the direction of a Lead Architect.Efficiently and accurately completes a variety of architectural assignments such as preparation of 3D models and drawings in Autodesk Revit, specifications via SpecsIntact, and other design deliverables suitable for procurement and construction purposes.Extracts or coordinates engineering information from CAD drawings and 3D building models.Prepares material selection and quantity takeoffs, cost estimate coordination, site surveys, and designs based on provided client needs.Interfaces with Engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated design products and with other departments to support procurement and construction activities.Prepares detailed requisitions for construction services, equipment and materials.Prepares engineering responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and may work directly with construction teams to resolve issues and/or revise design products during construction.
