What You’ll Do

EVstudio is looking for a client-driven Architect to take on a key role in our Custom Homes studio. If you're an architect with a passion for home design and client relationships, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

Maintain and expand client relationshipsGuide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projectsWork closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standardsSupport documentation updates, plan sets, and revisions in Revit, Bluebeam, and other AutoCAD programsApply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycleSupport the design of new projects across Colorado's Front Range and beyond

Requirements

Ideally 3+ years of experience, including client-facing rolesDemonstrated residential project success and local market knowledgeProven leadership skills and a team-first mindsetExperience in commercial, multi-family, or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $50,000 to $80,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
