We are seeking a highly experienced, technically skilled architect with 7-10 years of professional experience in luxury residential design to join our Los Angeles studio. We have the pleasure of working with sophisticated, interesting clients on projects that vary in size and scope with a strong emphasis on careful detailing. Lead and manage the technical development of high-end, custom residential projectsTranslate conceptual design into detailed, coordinated, and constructible solutionsOversee and produce construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specificationsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain clarity, quality, and consistency throughout all project phasesResearch materials, systems, and sustainable technologies that enhance both performance and craftContribute to an environment of open dialogue, mentorship, and continuous improvement Professional degree in Architecture and 7-10+ years of experience, primarily in high-end residentialStrong expertise of building systems, construction methods, and detailingFluency in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, SketchUp, and AutoCAD required; familiarity with Enscape, TwinMotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam a plusProven experience leading teams through all project phases from design development to construction administrationExceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skillsA collaborative and curious mindset with an appreciation for both design intent and technical precisionCommitment to sustainability and responsible building practices If you love the craft of building, thrive on collaboration, and are eager to learn and expand your skillset, you’ll find opportunities to grow and make a lasting impact here.
