Architect

Both firms are based in Olathe, Kansas. The successful candidate will work across both Webster Architects and Extraordinary Homes, gaining exposure to the full arc of a project — from design development through construction administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings, construction documents, and design presentations using AutoCAD; assisting with schematic design and design development for custom residential projects; coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction process; participating in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations; supporting permit and construction document sets in compliance with applicable codes; and assisting with material selection, specifications, and project documentation. ·        2 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture or architectural design.
