Architect

Responsibilities include:Conceptual sketching of new residential designsProduction of schematic and detailed working drawingsDevelopment of Construction DocumentsProduction of presentation materials and/or renderingsRequirements include:Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential architectureBachelor’s Degree, preferably in ArchitectureProficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD ArchitectureExperience with SketchupProExperience with Adobe Design SuiteDetail OrientedStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyQualifications:Knowledge of construction methods and processesCandidate must be able to successfully manage multiple residential projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional time management skillsCandidate must have great interpersonal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues and clientsMust excel in conceptual planning skills, strive for high quality and innovative design solutions and show initiative in problem solving
