Controls project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.May be asked to assist with scope and to identify clients’ needs and puts together feasibility reports and design proposals.Develops ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.Produces detailed construction documents and makes any necessary corrections.Compiles project specifications when requested.Keeps within budgets and timelines.Ensures that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.Makes on-site visits to check on project status and reports on project.Follows architectural trends and advancements.Other duties as assigned. 5+ years of relevant experience in Architectural design.Required Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.Professional licensure in the state of KY or ability to do so.Industrial or commercial experience is a plus.Must be willing to submit to a Drug Screen and Background CheckMust be eligible for work in the United States.
