Architect

Pacific Pros is seeking experienced Architect to be a representative for Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) supervising the airport facilities. Manage a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, and other professionals to guide the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and activation of various airport capital improvement projects Coordinate with Clients & Stakeholders to develop a Business Case for potential Capital Projects Develop and present preliminary design-alternatives and comparative-analysis to address requests and/or concerns from LAWA leadership and/or project stakeholders throughout the planning & design process Review planning & design submittals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to the applicable project requirements, and provide meaningful & constructive feedback to the planning & design team. Manage planning & design efforts throughout all stages of a project (Project Definition, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration) to ensure that projects fulfill their mission, while remaining on-schedule and on-budget.
