Department: Architecture Location: Des Moines, IA Compensation: $65,000 - $165,000 / year We've listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components. We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range. Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications Develop and maintain project budgets, work plans, and contracts Collaborate with other enthusiastic ISGers while leading design efforts to create inspiring and uplifting spaces to live, work, and play Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams Maintain the quality control of drawings and specifications Direct the development and preparation of project contract documents Get your boots dirty conducting site visits to observe construction progress and respond to any on-site challenges Help mentor and develop the next generation of designers and architects Willingness to think bigger, better, and bolder to make a difference in our communities!
