Perform analysis of costs and determine which drawings are required for each phase of the project during the feasibility study stage.Develop detailed cost estimates and work with the equipment/material specifier while managing the project timeline and ensuring all due dates are met during the schematic design stage.Conduct the design/development phase with additional client/user review and approval, including performing city, county, and state code reviews and refining design options with detailed cost estimates.Prepare contract documents by reviewing specifications with the client, refining design options, performing the final development of details, and coordinating with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other specialty trades.Develop fee and prepare submittals for statutory review.Administer the bid/contract phase by reviewing bids, contractor invoices, punch lists, construction and shop drawings, and solving problems as they arise.Coordinate and direct day-to-day activities and performance requirements for construction and construction support.Provide daily reports on progress and resources.Essential Skills Architecture License.Experience in Architectural Project Management with an A/E firm.True project management experience is highly advantageous.Work Environment Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
