Job Title: Architect / Mechanical Engineer / Structural Engineer

Duration: 6-month agreement to start, up to 2-years

Location: North Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite)

Short Summary about Job:

The purpose of this work is to generate marketing quality media conveying concepts of future AEC (Architecture, Engineering, & Construction) programs and project facilities. Create documents to record progress, completed designs, and construction specifications. Develop and review building floor plans, system layouts, site layouts, 2-D and 3-D renderings and visualizations using Revit and Lumion for industrial and commercial buildings. Coordinate with architects and multiple engineering disciplines, and build teaming relationships with technical and other company organizations. Interpret and adapt guidelines for specific cases.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with Revit and Lumion for 2-D and 3-D building renderings and visualizationsProficiency in developing building floor plans, system layouts, and site layouts for industrial and commercial buildingsAbility to coordinate with architects and multiple engineering disciplinesExperience creating construction documents, design records, and progress reportsStrong written and verbal communication skills for building teaming relationships across technical and non-technical organizationsAbility to interpret and adapt design guidelines for specific project cases
