They are currently seeking an Architect to join their Myrtle Beach office, where the role involves collaborating with various professionals to create visionary architectural concepts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projectsContribute to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firmCreate visual presentations and communications for client interactionsDiscover your areas of interest and work with talented mentorsDevelop design assignments throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplinesSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities
Skills

Registered Architect with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited universityTechnical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documentsProficiency in RevitExperience with 3D communication, by hand or graphic software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or EnscapeUnderstanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMAUnderstanding of the design and procurement processesAbility to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challengesCapability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversightExperience with incorporating research in design processA cover letter, resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are requiredLEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred1-5 years of design experience post licensure is preferred
Education Requirements

Registered Architect with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
