Your Responsibilities:

Architect the Data Plane: Define and oversee the technical architecture of the Agentic Database data plane. Your expertise in Postgres engine configuration, storage models, and handling of transactions will be critical.Technical Proof of Concept Leadership: Take charge of the entire Technical PoC process by designing testing frameworks, selecting relevant customer workloads, and establishing success criteria.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the technical authority in architecture reviews and design discussions, promoting collaboration across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.Who You'll Collaborate With:

You will work closely with senior engineering leaders, database and storage engineers, product management, and cloud infrastructure teams. This role serves as a vital link connecting the Agentic Database team with other platform teams, ensuring seamless integration within our AI-enhanced enterprise architecture.

Your Qualifications:

Deep, hands-on expertise with Postgres, including familiarity with its internals, extensions, and performance parameters.12+ years of experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and databases.Understanding of cloud environments, with hands-on experience in high-availability architectures.Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both peers and leadership.Why Teradata?
