Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for communication, architecture, design management, construction drawings, and architectural design. The Design Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and functional designs, create construction documents, and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
QualificationsExcellent communication skills
Proficient in architecture and design management
Experience in creating construction drawings
Strong architectural design skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, preference for Master of Architecture
Proficiency in relevant design software is a plus
Experience3-6 years of experience in the field of architecture, with credentials such as AIA, NCARB preferred.
