Architect / Architect Project Manager

The Architect Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet client expectations regarding design quality, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design, documentation, and construction administration of a variety of project types, all the while advocating for high-end design solutions and problem solving. Coordinate and communicate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases; always seeking to balance the client's project needs with the individual expression of the architect and/or the project. Strong graphic and representational skills such as drawing, sketching, and modeling; Candidate should be proficient in representing constructability, materials, and code compliance in construction drawings. Working understanding of legal documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and construction documentation.
