• Utilize computer‑aided design and drafting (CADD) systems and design industry software to fully develop facility designs, specifications, and cost estimates. • Design the spatial and functional layout of real‑property facilities in support of sustainment and minor construction activities. • A probationary period may be required. • Work may be required on nights, weekends, holidays, and/or on call to support the mission of the position. • Experience—1 year of experience in an architect’s office or in architectural work for each year short of graduation from an architecture program; or 5 years of such experience if no college courses were completed.
