If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and bring a can‑do attitude to every challenge, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the project design team across all phases of designPrepare original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specificationsReview architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplinesCoordinate and integrate architectural design work with other engineering disciplinesApply critical thinking to evaluate, select, and implement design techniques appropriate to each projectWhat You'll BringLicensure: NCARB Registered Architect requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years of related architectural experienceSoftware: Experience with Revit a plusCodes & jurisdictions: Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdictionClient management: Proficiency managing client, owner, and contractor relationshipsCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skillsLeadership: Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budgetMulti-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyMentorship: Ability to mentor and develop junior staffWork style: Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyTravel: Periodic travel to project sites requiredBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; a Health Savings Account with company contributions; company‑paid short‑and long‑term disability; and a $100,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company.
