We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the field of architecture and is looking to grow a team of professionals. Interested candidates must demonstrate their ability to provide leadership and inspire team members within a fast-paced work environment.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Works with the project design team on projects throughout all phases of design.Preparation or original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines.Utilize critical thinking to evaluate, select and apply design skills and techniques to project-related assignments.Job Requirements NCARB Registered ArchitectA minimum of five (5) years’ of related experience.Experience with Revit Software a plus.Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively.Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project priorities.Possesses the ability to mentor junior staff.Periodic travel will be required.Benefits and CultureThe Thrasher Group Inc. promotes a family-oriented culture and recognizes the importance of a work-life balance.
