Strong design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to produce clear, well-organized construction documents and technical drawings, working under direction on construction details and assemblies, with high graphic standards, including intentional lineweights, clear annotations, and well-composed sheet layouts.Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasksResourceful, organized, collaborative, and self-motivatedInterest in construction, detailing, and building technologyAbility to receive feedback, critically evaluate your own work, and continuously improveProficiency in architectural drafting and modeling software; familiarity with MacOS, Vectorworks, and SketchUp is beneficial but not required.Fundamental grasp of Microsoft and Adobe suites.
