Join a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned architecture and design firm seeking an Architect or Architectural Designer to join their diversified practice. In this role, you’ll apply your proven experience in detailing, coordination, and high-quality documentation for commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects. This role is ideal for an architect or architectural designer who thrives in an in-office studio environment.

Architect / Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

Contribute in SD, DD, CD, and CA phases of a projectCollaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building code requirements to ensure design compliance.Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for projects.Oversee the work of more junior staffCommunicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges.Architect / Architectural Designer Qualifications:

AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture5+ years of professional experience in architecture with commercial building projectsRevit proficiencyStrong construction detailing, specifications, and building code knowledge.Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.Project experience with commercial, industrial or healthcare buildingsArchitectural licensure is a plus.Benefits:
