Architect- Architecture Design

Description
Are you a visionary Architect ready to elevate your career and leave a lasting impact? At ISG, we don’t just design buildings; we design experiences, communities, and legacies. Since 1973, ISG has been a trusted, multi-disciplinary, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design firm, proudly serving clients nationwide. We’re growing and excited to welcome a passionate Architect to our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. As an employee owner, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of architects, designers, engineers, and project managers who bring agility, creativity, and purpose to every project.

Department: Architecture

Location: Des Moines, IA

Compensation: $65,000 - $165,000 / year

We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components. We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range. If you feel you're a strong fit but your compensation needs differ, we’re open to a conversation—let’s talk.

In this role, you’ll work alongside industry leaders like Jeremy Wiesen, AIA, and Bob Nussear, AIA, gaining mentorship and insight while contributing to high-impact projects. You’ll also collaborate with internal resources; from code reviewers and spec writers to visualization specialists and construction administrators; ensuring every design is as thoughtful as it is bold. No matter your office location, you’ll collaborate across geographies, supported by cutting-edge technology and a culture that values flexibility, innovation, and growth. Occasional travel may be part of the adventure—for project site visits, professional development, or networking opportunities.
