Principal Architect Location: Reno, NV (On-site) Our client is an established and highly respected architecture and design firm seeking a Principal Architect to join its leadership team during an exciting period of growth. Provide architectural leadership throughout all phases of project delivery, from early planning through construction completion. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while fostering strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet design, budget, and schedule objectives.

Review project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Support the successful execution of multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service and project performance.

Registered
Architect (RA) license required. Approximately 10 or more years of progressive architectural experience, including leadership of complex building projects. Demonstrated success managing project teams while mentoring developing professionals.

Previous experience with K-12 educational facilities is highly preferred. Strong understanding of project planning, construction documentation, construction administration, and consultant coordination. Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard architectural design software.
