Our team works across a broad spectrum of markets, including aerospace/defense, manufacturing, commercial, education, and governmental facilities, delivering creative, integrated design and build solutions with technical excellence and client focus.OverviewAssists in planning, designing and directing architectural projects by performing the following duties:More complex projects may be under the supervision of senior architectural staff.Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory oversight on proposed plans for projects.Performs Life Safety analyses and prepares Life Safety Plans.Coordinates and checks own work and instructs, leads, and mentors junior staff to insure documentation quality and timeliness.Provides coordination of all applicable project discipline’s drawings, digital models, and specifications. Maintains positive and professional relationships with clients, consultants, colleagues, and contractors through clear and proactive communication.Performs construction administration duties, such as attending construction site meetings, shop drawing review, reviewing RFI’s, and preparing ASI’s per the contract documents.Revit with working knowledge of Navisworks and/or BIM 360Microsoft Windows, Excel, Bluebeam and WordHas strong architectural design skills and visual literacy.Responsible for maintaining established standards, practices and quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited four-year college or universityEight years of experience in architecture profession.S. citizenCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:Registration as a licensed architect or on a path to licensure within the next year.Ability to navigate and move around the construction site, which may involve walking, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods on uneven surfaces.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EOE, including Disability/Vets
