We’re growing our Building Architecture and Design Service Group and are looking for an Architect to help lead that expansion. In this role, you’ll be both a design leader and market influencer—strengthening our architectural practice, mentoring emerging talent, and building lasting client relationships across the region.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape both projects and the future of our Building Architecture and Design Service Group.

Lead impactful projects by guiding multi-disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers from concept through completion

Drive client relationships and help expand RS&H’s presence across multiple markets and geographies

Champion design excellence by leveraging innovative tools and advancing BIM and design technologies

Own project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met

Oversee technical design work, including planning, site analysis, specifications, and documentation

Conduct field observations to ensure design intent is achieved during construction

Collaborate with project managers on staffing, budgets, and workload planning

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Proven ability to lead projects and build strong client relationships

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Exposure to diverse, high-impact projects
