We're seeking a licensed Architect to join our growing Buildings Practice in Dallas, Texas. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, build lasting client relationships, mentor emerging professionals, and help grow RS&H's Buildings Practice in one of the nation's strongest commercial markets.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.
As an Architect, you'll lead and support projects through all phases of design while partnering closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include
Lead architectural design from planning through construction administration. Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and client presentations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and proposal efforts. Guide project schedules, budgets, quality, and technical execution. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and construction site observations. What You'll Bring:
Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program. 7+ years of architectural experience. Active
