We offer vital program management and facilities engineering services globally, particularly in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal agencies. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance.Conducting site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent.Monitoring contractor quality control processes and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Assessing RFIs, substitutions, and design modifications for technical accuracy.Collaborating with engineering disciplines to resolve design and field conflicts.Tracking construction progress and identifying risks that could impact schedule or quality.Maintaining logs and preparing reports for RFIs, submittals, and inspections.Identifying deficiencies and ensuring prompt resolutions.Supporting the verification of completed work for payment applications.Qualifications for Success: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.A minimum of 7 years of relevant construction experience.Licensure as an Architect is preferred.Overseas work experience is a must.Knowledgeable in U.S. codes and international standards.Experience in QA/QC and construction administration.Familiarity with Construction Safety regulations, including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.Why Choose Planate?
