Architect - Construction Administrator

One firm is known for exclusively working on high design multifamily/mixed-use commercial projects across the country. The second firm has a strong portfolio of multifamily/mixed-use projects but are also involved in vast commercial work from corporate headquarters to science & technology to higher education. They have three domestic offices and one international and are targeting a senior architect to handle the construction administration for multiple projects. This role combines architectural expertise with construction management skills to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with design intent. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
