Architect - Construction Management

Wilson & Company is seeking a licensed architect to provide project management for the design and construction of a wide variety of project types. The position requires experience in the development of construction documents, specifications, and technical expertise on projects. Creation and management of the architectural scope of work and fee for projects. Coordination of communications between the project team, the engineering and design team members to assure quality of work, and that consistent technical content drawing/design packages are maintained throughout a project. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture.
