Architect (Construction Management)

Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Architect (Construction Management) to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management (CFM) support at the West Haven VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT. This role supports major renovation and construction efforts within an active VA medical facility by providing architectural and construction management support in accordance with Government requirements Ability to review construction documents, contractor submittals, RFIs/RFCs, schedules, and proposed changes and provide architectural recommendations to the Government COR. Experience providing architectural or construction management support for healthcare, VA, or federally funded construction projects. Experience reviewing architectural construction for compliance with contract documents, codes, and life safety requirements.
