Collaborates with Capital Improvements, Facilities Maintenance, Construction Project Management, and other departments as well as consultants to develop and maintain CTA facilities. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with eight years of experience as an architect, or a combination of education and experience relating to this position. Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred. Ability to prepare and evaluate construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and related documents.
