Architect - Critical Facilities - Mid Level

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the design and delivery of high-tech, new development architecture projects—whether for data centers, high density labs, or other complex designs. As a Gensler Architect, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. Your role is critical in the design and delivery of world-class Data Centers and other Critical Facilities projects. )Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsResolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutionsDirect production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasksResponsible for delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical qualityProcess submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIsInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectActively participate and contribute to the financial performance of projectReview and contribute to proposals and contracts with the Design ManagerEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
